Background

As Zeno Health expanded its retail network and online operations, its existing infrastructure struggled to keep up with demand. Services were distributed across Digital Ocean and AWS, creating inefficiencies in management, cost tracking, and security compliance.

To accelerate growth, Zeno aimed to consolidate its infrastructure, automate operations, and achieve long-term scalability — all while maintaining cost efficiency and service reliability.

This presented an opportunity to modernize their technology stack using AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Terraform, and DevOps automation, unifying their entire ecosystem under one efficient and secure cloud framework.
